Howdy, Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Alison Anderson. I graduated from the Skin Institute in 2018 where I obtained my esthetician license, and I’ve loved every minute of it! I offer a wide variety of services such as body waxing, eyebrow shaping, customized facials for acne prone and anti-aging, dermaplaning, chemical peels and paraffin hand treatments. All of my services are provided with the highest quality products for your comfort. I use and recommended Dermalogical skin care. I come from a family of beauty professionals, so I guess it’s in my blood. I was recently married to the love of my life, Probation and Parole officer Anthony and look forward to life as a newlywed. Also, looking forward to buying our first home. I’m definitely an animal lover. I can’t wait to own a dog someday!! Cancellation Policy
RESERVATIONS: All of my services are by appointment only and require a credit card on file to book. When you schedule an appointment with me I am reserving space in my schedule just for you. While I understand things happen, I ask that you give me as much time as possible as a courtesy to allow another client to fill the time that was allotted for you. I will kindly send you a reminder email and text message. By confirming your scheduled appointment you are agreeing to the spa policies I have set. Thank you.
CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel, reschedule, or even adjust any part of your appointment (for example...you are scheduled for a facial and body wax but decide to only get the facial) then I respectfully request a 24 hour notice. (Call or Text only, no emails please)
Less than 24 hour notice and your card on file will be billed 50% of your scheduled service/s.
NO SHOW/ SAME SAME DAY CANCELS: Your card on file will be billed the full amount of your service/s, allowing for illness/emergency and weather exceptions. I understand things happen but you must still notify me as soon as possible.
ARRIVING LATE: I will do my best to accommodate you if you running a little late, but please understand if you are more than 15 minutes late, that will be considered a NO SHOW and you may need to reschedule. Your credit card on file will be billed the full amount of your scheduled service.
